Ehud Havazelet is the author the story collections What is it then between us? and Like Never Before, as well as the novel, Bearing the Body. He is the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship, a Whiting Writer’s Award, and a Rockefeller Foundation Fellowship. His short fiction has appeared in The Missouri Review, TriQuarterly, and The Southern Review, and his latest story, “Gurov in Manhattan,” was recently anthologized in The Best American Short Stories 2011.
